I guess you could say that I took a break for the holidays, but the truth is that I really couldn't think of anything to talk about. Now, however, I have two little updates.
First: I love what Lemonade is doing. I've had BLISSOUT for a while (a month now?) and it's still amazing. It even violates my bands-shouldn't-mention-themselves-in-their-own-songs rule, but it builds and loops over itself like a goofy chickling that soon discovers that its a brilliant, synth-filled dove. The psychdelayed bells halfway through the track leave me in desperate anticipation of the tidal wave at 2:50, which really is the sudden gesture that makes the whole song.
Second: I'm almost done recording a track I don't hate called Photocube. Stay tuned.
