I recently came across a little bit saying that the amanset would be playing SXSW, and this confirms it. They'll be gracing Club Deville on March 20th, and the newly spawned Wooden Birds have a few gigs as well. For those of us who never got a chance to see the amanset before Andrew moved on to different projects, it's an exciting thing. Sadly, I won't be in Austin any time soon so I'll just have to be satisfied with the fact that there could be some more non-austin reunions.
Until then, I'm happy listening to one of my favorite emotronic artists remix their material.
